I like the Beta well enough. I especially like having the oil sump pump built in, though I’ll note that the handle kept rattling off until I loktite-ed it. I’m also glad I installed the remote oil-filter set up. I only have two real complaints so far:
  • OEM parts aren’t readily available - and matching part numbers for 3rd party options can be a challenge
  • The coolant drain plug is hard to get to and it’s hard to keep from drooling coolant every where when you try. I’ve been thinking about installing a drain in the lowest hose section where it feeds the hot water tank exchanger.
