Cracks & Crazing - Penetrating Epoxy Substitute?
As one owner noted, Smith's has a very watery consistency. I really do not see it filling craze-cracks. It would be great to "float" the oxidized pores on old gelcoat to harden the finish for painting

Perkins exhaust manifold
John - I am curious about converting your manifold, as it is something I have often considered. Did you have to increase the size of the heat exchanger to accomodate the added cooling requirements? I

Marks Plastics will ask you to make a template of each opening. Not sure what his backlog is - last I checked for windows for my W36 Sedan a few years ago, cost for basic windows was $400/each. Peter

No - the Defever 44's are all twin screw. A few Nordhavn 46s and 57s were made with twin screws (maybe some others too) due to owner demand, though I don't think PAE will do anymore with twin screws,

Seahorse is for sale for LESS than the original price. Actually, quite a bit less. Of course, she's almost 30 years old now. Seahorse is really a special boat. There's room for 3rd stateroom forward,

What if we run aground?
I seem to recall a Nordhavn 40 was lost in exactly this fashion a couple years ago - aground, dry, and when the tide came back, water came in, though I don't recall if it was a port left open or what.
