Re: Lilliana will be for sale

I must admit I’ve been envious of your multi-boat / multi-location strategy. If I could convince herself of the wisdom of that approach...

Are you keeping the other boats?

Lilliana looks like a lovely boat. Would love to see more photos posted to the groups.io site.

My wife Roseanne and I have decided that we will sell  Lilliana, our W40 sedan. . We have spent the past 14 years cruising her and upgrading her  in the Sea of Cortez, Mexico.  Now reaching our late 70’s we think we should quit while we are ahead. Presently we are about two weeks away from Liliana's home port in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico. Lilliana is in very good condition with all the correct equipment for comfortable reliable cruising. Much of her equipment has been installed or upgraded during  the past ten years. If anyone on the list is SINCERELY interested in buying a turn-key-ready W40 flying bridge sedan, contact me off list. We are asking $165k at present. If no one on the list is interested we will turn her over to a broker in San Carlos. I will try to put some photos onto a web site.

We will be in wifi contact only for the next 3 days before we leave this port. Also after we reach San Carlos. I can be contacted now offline at rpackard at berkeley dot edu. Once Lilliana gets listed with a broker I will not be able to sell privately. Lilliana is a great boat!.
